Laura Nowell
Laura has been practicing yoga for over a decade and has been teaching internationally for 6 years. She is also a yoga therapist, somatic coach and a dedicated dancer of the 5 Rhythms.
Through her grounded presence and loving attention Laura’s classes provide the space to explore conscious movement and develop compassionate awareness. She teaches mindful flow and yin yoga suitable for any experience level, incorporating meditation and breathwork, to help us relax more deeply into each moment.
Laura is on a lifelong journey to explore the body-mind connection and passionate about supporting others along the path of self inquiry.She believes that yoga can provide a creative and therapeutic opportunity to re-connect to ourselves, release tension and gradually guide us back home to our true nature
