Leeds Occupational Health Advisory Service was established to provide free at the point of use advice and support to individual employees and employers about health and the workplace. Leeds has a long history of recognizing the relationship between work and health. When all is well work can be good for health providing good self esteem, social contacts as well as an income. Unfortunately work can also adversely affect health in many ways. People with existing health issues may find that employment aggravates their health condition.
