LeoniesYogaPilates and Suzannah Evans

Suzannah Evans is a poet based in Sheffield. She has published a chapbook of poems, Confusion Species, which was a winner in the Poetry Business Competition in 2012, judged by Carol Ann Duffy. She has had poems published in many places including Poetry Review and the Guardian's Poem of the Week. She has been doing yoga with Leonie for three years and can vouch for its strengthening, relaxing effects!

Leonie Luxon undertook a three year diploma in Hatha Yoga through The British Wheel in 2006. She is also a level 3 qualified Pilates instructor and has many years' experience helping to improve people's wellbeing. She holds an MA in 'Creative Writing: Innovate and Experiment' from Salford University and has a previous work background in advertising industry as a Creative Copywriter as well as over 10 years experience as a lecturer in Advertising Design and Graphics at Salford and Sheffield Hallam Universities.
