Lindsey Beveridge
My approach to facilitating workshops and retreats is a combination of science and heart-led insight to the human condition. I help clients go beyond presenting symptoms, seeing them as part of a whole rather than isolated things to mend.
Whether you are struggling with mood and energy levels; or the guilt and shame of an unwanted behaviour; or a desire to release an old habit that keeps you locked in, I offer understanding, insight and practical know-how.
All my offerings - workshops, yoga classes and retreats - provide a space to have meaningful discussions with humour, kindness and absolutely no judgement. I offer spaces where you can connect with others and find peace within yourself.
I don't have all the answers, but my personal experience of addiction recovery and my professional expertise can help you lay the groundwork.
