Becky Lodge is the Founder of Little Kanga Ltd.

The company operates two distinct B2B event brands - Hampshire Meet The Buyer and StartUp Disruptors and provides outsourced sales and marketing consultancy to aid business growth. 

Becky's Experience: 

Becky is both degree and Chartered Institue of Marketing qualified with over 25 years' experience globally at Director level. She specialises in business growth consultancy for B2B in complex technical environments (construction, engineering and tech). 

This year she was 'hand picked' for a panel debate on Sky News '100 Women' as part of International Womens Day with Kay Burley. 

Company Background: 

Becky founded her business in 2015 and within only 6 months of trading had secured the University of Portsmouth as a client and now her client base includes: National Grid, Portsmouth City Council, Uber, University of Portsmouth, Balfour Beatty and many more. 

Little Kanga's Focus on ROI: 

Little Kanga's client base typically experience sales uplifts of 100-500% when partnering on a retained basis. 

Social Media Influence: 

A self-confessed 'tech' junkie and social media influencer; Becky is totally addicted to Twitter and this has resulted in gaining over 11,000 active followers on the platform; where she shares knowledge and articles/information for free to her audience. Having worked with and for such names and brands (during her career) as Ferrari, Carlsberg, Disney, NHS and Kier; Becky noticed a niche for her offer and Little Kanga Ltd was born.

'Giving Back': 

Becky is also an active advocate of STEM skills in schools for girls and is a member of a number of committees in Hampshire that help shape the growth of the local region. 

Having helped over 750 businesses to grow their revenue through paid and voluntary work, she is committed to helping local entrepreneurs to grow both fast and sustainably, this is through her vastly successful start-up group 'Start-Up Disruptors' which has over 500 online members and is currently sponsored by Uber and Basepoint Business Centres.

The aim of the group is to help combat high start-up failure rates locally and provide a 'safe place' for start-ups to flourish and grow.

The group will also feature on Channel 4 in 2018 as part of a new series. 

Award Winning: 

Becky was also nominated and became a finalist in the New Business of the Year category in the local Venus Awards in 2016 and was nominated as a finalist for Start-Up Business of the Year in the Portsmouth News Business Excellence Awards; her creative team is already Sony Radio Award winning.
