Becky is a fully qualified management consultant with over 25 years’ experience in global business including tech and engineering.

Becky is both degree and Chartered Institute of Marketing qualified with over 25 years' experience globally at director level; with high emotional intelligence, she is results orientated and an adept problem solver for companies that need a new way of doing things to engineer their futures in a sustainable way. Previously employed as a global sales director managing EMEA and US markets, she has a straight-talking approach to business transformation with an energy that is unrivalled.


In 2018 she was 'handpicked' for a panel debate on Sky News '100 Women' as part of International Women's Day with Kay Burley. Becky is also a senior level mentor for tech start-ups at Faster Capital (a Venture Capital company based in Dubai); becoming the first UK based female mentor for Faster Capital VC.


A published author, her book ‘Don’t Build Rollerskates For Birds’ is now on sale via Amazon. The book is a bible for small business owners wishing to start-up their own company.

Becky founded her business in 2015 from the kitchen table; and within only 6 months of trading had secured the University of Portsmouth as a client and now her client base includes National Grid, Portsmouth City Council, Uber, Balfour Beatty, Funding Circle, Basepoint Business Centres and many more.

StartUp Disruptors – Creating The Businesses of Tomorrow:


The aim of the group is to help combat high start-up failure rates locally and provide a 'safe place' for start-ups to flourish and grow, this includes funding and access to a tech acceleration programme in Dubai with partners Faster Capital. Started in a pub in Portsmouth in 2016, the group is the FASTEST and LARGEST small business community on the south coast.

Hampshire Meet The Buyer is a premium B2B event that brings together start-ups, SMEs and corporate businesses to build a sustainable business life cycle and ‘do more business together’.


Key decision makers are in the room and speakers have included: Grant Thornton, Uber, National Grid and many others.


Designed as a conference/expo that helps share knowledge on such topics as Business Growth, The Future of Business Transportation and much more.
