Following on from a succesful 2017, we are now in a position to develop year 2.

Year 2 consists of our core modules from 2017, together with 7 new and more targeted training focusing on specific job roles and functionalities, whilst always driving Total Hotel Revenue and ensuring that cost reduction is paramount.

For those M&T Qualified Commercial Managers who successfully graduated in 2017, we have designed a next stage module providing a higher learning with more in-depth workings including dynamic, real-time Hotel business cases to work from.

2018 combines the specifics for team members working in Meeting & Events, Sales - both proactive and reactive - as well as front line reception and reservations teams, re-establishing industry best practices and combining the expertise of M&T with the overall aim to deliver best in class results.

The core modules such as The Foundations of Revenue Management, F&B Commercial Management, Commercial Leadership and Business Planning all provide a sound and well-practiced foundation to base any key commercial decision making on.
