Lou trained and specialises as a Life Coach Practitioner, Stress Management Consultant and Mastery Facilitator. Her approach is integrative and is rooted in more deep dive, creative, deeply transformational methods around mindset shifting as well as energy healing modalities. Lou's passion and life purpose is to connect people to themselves and others, in ways that feel authentic and significant. Therefore her events, whether online or in person are about connecting people in fun, creative and meaningful ways.

She offers events that are bespoke but at the same time cost effective with the emphasis being on offering quality, variety, fun and growth .Her online events are run through Zoom(Zoom links are visible on the day of the event to attendees) and her in person events are usually run in London and greater London(precise meet up point/location are sent via email to attendees a day before the event happens, after RSVPs close).
