Luna Yoga Meditation

We provide Yoga and Meditation classes and workshops that celebrate the wholeness of being: body, mind and spirit. Our style is a mix of Hatha and Integral Yoga that helps you connect internally and externally, it boosts your energy, reduces stress, anxiety and depression. There is an emphasis on meditation and practitioners are encouraged to develop healthy and balanced attitudes towards the body-mind. The atmosphere is a non-competitive one and students can develop the practices to their own capacity.
