Jem Bahaijoub is an accomplished strategic leader with two decades of experience in Marketing and PR. Her wanderlust has inspired her to work across the globe — with recent stops in London, Washington D.C. and Chicago — where she has collaborated with various international clients.

Jem's professional background is diverse. Initially, she made her mark as International Promotions Manager at Universal Music, devising and implementing global promotional campaigns across five continents.

Following this, she headed up a boutique PR agency in central London, dedicating six years to deepening her communication expertise and building strong client relationships. Before her role at Make Me Social, Jem moved abroad and channelled her entrepreneurial spirit in America for ten years, where she ran her own marketing agency.
