My personal search unfolded along two paths. On the one hand, I sought an understanding of the material world through modern scientific knowledge, leading to my degree in Physics and to my current position as PhD researcher in Biology and Complexity Science. On the other hand, the wish to understand my inner world led me to the study of Jungian psychology and Eastern spiritual disciplines, including Buddhism, Yoga, and Taoism.
Ultimately, I consider myself an explorer of consciousness. I’ve always been fascinated by the diversity and breadth of states of awareness that human beings can experience, and this led me to explore different spiritual practices since a young age. For more than a decade, I have been a practitioner of different forms of Yoga and meditation, which I have been teaching since 2017.
