I'm running a set of seminars under the heading "Late and Overbudget."  These seminars explore how it feels to work on projects (mainly IT projects, but a lot of the stuff applies more widely) that are struggling, why it feels like that and what you can do about.

These seminars aren't a finished product (I hope they will be a more-finished product one day).  Rather they're an exploration of a whole bunch of issues.  When I get to the end of this journey, I want to have a course or several courses which provide analysis and explanations of just what is going on in IT projects but also provides approaches, drills and exercises that allow people not only to perform better, and ever thrive in these environments, but also to FEEL GOOD about what they're doing.

Wow! I think I just wrote a mission statement.
