MB Mindfulness 6 Week Courses in Scotland

Mindfulness six week course, offered mainly in Edinburgh, will prepare you well with weekly light weight approach  to mindfulness meditation and kindness. You can then go on to sign up for the more indepth training in the eight weeks course.

These are our new series of courses with the intention of offering people a gentle way forward into mindfulness systematic training so they are held and guided in a progressive way.
