Me1 is a Life Coaching and Personal Development service for 11- 25 year old males and females, from vulnerable or disadvantage backgrounds. Increasing postive thinking, motivation and self belief and life skills amongst 14- 16 year olds to achieve thier full potential and be successful in theier adult life.

Me1 PPD Ltd also supports adults , 25 upwards who are wanting to increase , goal seting and action planning skills, public speaking skills,  positive relationship building, or in of support for enterprise ventures or small business coaching.

We offer positive parenting skills to young mums, and provide healthy lifestyle coaching to encourage a healthy mind and healthy bodies.
