I am an independent careers consultant and Director at Melanie Fieseler Consulting, an organisation dedicated to increasing women's participation and progress in the workforce and creating more diverse and inclusive workplaces, where both men and women are able to perform at their best. I founded Work Happy Mums in 2013, and am a leading authority and speaker on issues relating to women returning to work after a career break, and mothers in the workplace. ​​Understanding that thriving female talent equals thriving businesses, I work on both sides of the workplace: as a champion and advocate for women, and as a guide and advisor to a broad range of organisations wanting to drive performance through their people.
