We do this by providing guides, resources, and training for healthcare professionals to support them when carrying out Mental Capacity Assessments, to improve the quality of the decisions being made, and to ultimately, help people make the choices that are right for them. We also provide professional Mental Capacity Assessments for complex cases, to help care teams make the best decisions when things get difficult.
