Metro Parks Visual Arts
Nashville Metro Parks' Visual Arts (MPVA) Program offers affordable and accessible art classes. MPVA has recently increased the scope of its program to offer a wider variety of art classes in its three locations (Centennial Art Center, Bellevue Community Center and West Park Community Center). Mini-courses (4-6 weeks) and workshops (1-4 days) provide focused learning and additional art forms, such as Shibori indigo dyeing and sculpture, not available in their regular 10-week schedule.
