An avid scholar and a development strategist, Mfon holds multiple degrees in Public and International Law, Business law and Social sciences, Journalism, Neuro-linguistic Programming and has a Masters degree in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton, England.
A certified trainer and coach, Mfon sits on the President's Advisory Council of the John Maxwell Team and has conducted nationwide values-based transformational leadership initiatives on the invitation of governments in countries such as Guatemala and Paraguay.
Mfon is a personal coach to top business CEO's industry and thought leaders and has worked and trained for the British High Commission, the Supreme Court of Nigeria, National Judicial Institute, and the national Assembly of the Federal Republic of Nigeria amongst others. She has also served as the Executive Director of the Future Project, owners of the Future Awards, Africa's largest youth focused awards.
Mfon is a Mandela Washington Fellow in the pioneer set of President Obama's Young African Leaders Initiative, has served as the Chairperson of the Advocacy committee on the Regional Advisory Board for the Fellowship and was appointed a Goodwill Ambassador for the State of Arkansas in the United States of America in 2014 by the Governor of the State.
Naggib Chakhane is a corporate strategist, certified coach and international speaker. His areas of specialism are leadership development and executive coaching.
In 2016, Naggib was part of a team of international coaches invited by the President of Paraguay, Mr. Horacio Cartes, to head up a national leadership transformation programme in that country. In just one week, they trained 18,000 Paraguay nationals, ranging from cabinet ministers to factory workers and university students, in values-based leadership.
Prior to joining the dynamic world of leadership development, Naggib had a successful career, spanning the last two decades, in finance and corporate strategy. His career path saw him work for some of the world's leading multi-national corporations in the UK and other exciting places like the USA, Kazakhstan, Japan, South Africa and Zimbabwe.
Naggib serves on the President’s Advisory Council of the fastest growing leadership company in the world, The John Maxwell Team and serves on the Boards of The Virtual Doctors, a charity that is committed to help improve local primary healthcare in some of the most remote and impoverished communities in Africa, through the use of telemedicine; and NEEDS Africa, a leadership and development charity that works in Zimbabwe and the Southern African region.
