Trusted by agencies including Cicero, Cavendish, ICG, Interel, PLMR and Westminster Advisers, Nikki also draws on her own experience as former Managing Director, Public Affairs for Bellenden (now Newington Communications), over five years she led a senior team to increase turnover from £600k to just shy of £2m, and the growth of the agency from 13 staff to over 35. In 2013 she was recognised by the Sunday Times and Management Today as one of the ‘Top 35 Women under 35’. Prior to Bellenden Nikki served as Head of UK Government Relations for FTSE 100 company Serco, and was also Special Adviser to the Conservative Chief Whip, then Patrick McLoughlin.
