Michelle Toll + Fatima Garcia - 'The Nourishment Club'

THE NOURISHMENT CLUB is an initiative of 2 souls with similar dreams, ideas and creative expertise. They crossed paths on separate journeys looking for a partner in crime, finding eachother through the natural flow of the universe at exactly the right moment. Both set with the intention to create a nutritive and integral project for the soul, body and mind they aim to nourish and restore the body through yoga, food and community. Creating an environment with a special energy where each person is welcome to flow with their own, uniting with others and meeting new people, they believe that yoga connects with our inner world and that coming together for food invites an environment for that to manifest allowing people to feel open to express themselves. The Nourishment Club opens a cosy space with the ahimsa in mind to share a nutritive, seasonal and friendly feast full of goodness paired with a beautiful and original yoga practice lead by qualified and great professionals especially chosen to suit each offering. All of us deserve gift moments and support in our lives. We need our own space to connect with our inner cells body, breath and mind, but also crave that space to share with others looking for the same kind of moment with synchronicity, nourishment, freedom and pleasure. We want to bring these moments to you through pop up events around Bristol, making this gift a reality.

Michelle is a creative gem, flowing through life with a passion for food, music and yoga, looking forward to the moments when these elements combine. Growing up, weekends with the family always involved a long table surrounded with loved ones and decorated with delicious food, it’s something that is dearly missed and inevitably recreated at any possible moment. She considers anyone who sits at her table family and loves to give and feed the soul. Michelle teaches vinyasa yoga, linking creative, nourishing flows to innovative soundtracks that make her heart grow bigger everyday. With a passion for inversions and balance she is a core member of the Bristol acroyoga community, a family in itself that opens its doors wide for those who want to join. Her world is enlightened by giving and sharing with others, she loves to discuss ideas and believes in passing on knowledge and important tools for self discovery.
