Mindful Meets
Mindful Meets is run by Emma, an ex-teacher with a lifelong passion for all things mindfulness.
Emma began practicing mindfulness as a young child, before she knew it had a name. For Emma, mindfulness practice has helped her through the major obstacles of her life including childhood trauma, eating disorders, chronic anxiety and stress leading to burnout.
Emma created Mindful Meets when she realised that teaching mindfulness to others and spreading awareness of the practice is the thing that brings her the most joy.
Mindful Meets has a mission to bring mindfulness to as many people as possible, so that they too can experience the multiple diverse benefits that regular practice offers.
