ABOUT ME:

As a qualified and licensed Mindfulness Now teacher, I teach the 8-week Mindfulness Now course and shorter workshops both online and in person. My aim is to teach you simple mindfulness and stress management strategies which are easily incorporated into daily working and home life to help you manage stress and enjoy better work-life balance.

My teaching combines evidence-based approaches like Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) with my background in yoga, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), art journaling and meditation.

I love teaching and sharing what I have learned along my well-being journey and look forward to meeting you in one of my online or in-person classes, workshops and retreats.
