Mindfulness 8 Week Courses in Scotland

The Mindfulness training we offer, provides an excellent foundation for understanding and practising mindfulness in a direct practical way, both within a group setting and at home by oneself.  

The knowledge and experience gained on the course should help the participants to cultivate a different kind of relationship with themselves and others and enhance their experience of living and simply being.
