Mindfulness On-going Support Sessions Edinburgh

Many of you on completing mindfulness courses often express a need to support and establish your own personal practice, or indeed in deepening and extending training and knowledge of mindfulness. We now offer much-anticipated short mindfulness courses and classes with a drop-in option. The emphasis is mainly on consolidating and supporting your practice.

Mindfulness classes are an excellent opportunity for those who are at an early stage in developing the use of mindfulness in their life and work, but it is also appropriate for those who want to support their on-going development in mindfulness and take their practice and experience further.
