Mindfulness Peterborough: Peterborough Network of Mindfulness Based Teachers

Peterborough Network of Mindfulness Based Teachers brings together a group of local mindfulness-based teachers who have trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy teaching. They work to the standards of the UK Network for Mindfulness Based Teacher Training Organisations and adhere to their Good Practice Guidelines. These standards include: a minumum of 12 months training in teaching mindfulness based approaches, an established personal mindfulness based practice,engagement in regular supervision, participation in practice-based retreats annually, and commitment to continuing professional development.
