At Mind, we won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.
We believe sport and physical activity should be used to build resilience, to enable and support mental health recovery and to tackle stigma.
To achieve this we have developed a range of programmes, projects and activities to support people experiencing mental health problems to be active. We also support the sport and physical activity sector to create an inclusive and accessible environment for people experiencing mental health problems to be active.
