MindWorks is led by Erik Passig a senior Mindfulness trainer and UKCP registered psychotherapist. Erik has been practicing Mindfulness and meditation for over twenty years. Courses are facilitated with Jude Cummins who has over twenty years experience in the business world working in consumer insight and organisational development.
We run beginners and advanced courses for individuals as well as training courses for businesses and public sector organisations. One to one Mindfulness coaching and Mindfulness based psychotherapy are also available.
Our Mindfulness courses for the general public are held in central Richmond.
