Mishki Food

Mishki embodies my love for the cultures and cuisines of Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, Russia, Central Asia and the Balkans; my (somewhat intense) obsession with dumplings; and the freedom of my very personal style of cooking.

It’s all about the playful freedom that makes me adapt traditional dishes and use flavours and ingredients from the different countries I explore to create something new. Nostalgic purists and lovers of traditional recipes might find me too much of a heretic, but I believe in playing with flavours I bring back from my travels, and updating techniques to bring you my take on the comforting, surprising, colourful cuisines of the New East.
