Organiser of Newly Qualified Study Day “Have I been abducted by aliens ?”
MPH Learning has been founded by 3 colleagues in response to the difficulties faced by the newly qualified Dental Hygienist and Therapist.
Martin has been in dentistry for 32 years, initially as a crown and bridge Dental Technician then from 1997 as a Dental Hygienist and in 2001 as a Dental Therapist. In 2013 he gained a BSc (Hons) from UCLAN in Dental Studies.
Prebble has been a member of the dental industry for more than 20
Hemington qualified as a Dental Therapist at New Cross in 1983, the year it closed down, and is actually the last New Cross Therapist! She qualified as a Hygienist at Kings in 1987 and for the last 14 years has combined working in practice with teaching student Therapists and Hygienists at The Eastman Dental Hospital. She also worked for the former London Deanery for 4 years as part of the DCP CPD team, leading for Dental Therapy. She recently completed a 2 year part time post graduate course in Clinical Periodontology, and was invited to join the charity “Heart Your Smile” to lead their educational programme.
