The mission of the Morgan State University ROTC Alumni Chapter is to recruit, retrain, and engage Bear Battalion ROTC Alumni "Morgan State University and Coppin State University" alumni, active duty, reservist/national guard, retired and University graduates for the purpose of the development and nurturing of Cadets.
