Natalie Clarke
Hi, I'm Natalie. I've been working in the NHS in mental health for over 13 years and Worry is the most pervasive complaint that I come across.
I love Worry, Worry keeps us safe. It's keeps a look out for any road bumps up ahead, the things is the more we look for danger, the more we find and so around and around we go. When we feel worried it's really difficult to access our more pleasant emotions such as joy, happiness and excitement.
By befriending Worry we open the possibility for so much joy, happiness and easeful living.
As a habitual worrier I can attest to the benefits of learning to love thy worry. Only good things come from it.
I get so much enjoyment from working with worry, by sharing small tweeks to our daily living we can have a big impact on our mood and wellbeing.
