NDs Take a Stand is a neurodivergent-led charity supporting neurodivergent people through the employment tribunal process.

We offer non-legal guidance to help with understanding legal terms, completing forms like the ET1 and managing documents and deadlines. Our aim is to empower neurodivergent people to take action themselves — with clarity, confidence and the right tools.
