The organization has quickly grown to include over 550 dedicated members, all committed to fostering a culture of collaboration and success. These members come from diverse backgrounds and industries, ensuring the network can support individuals across various career paths.

Activities and Events

Albanian Youth organizes several types of events and initiatives:

1. In-Person Networking: Regular events, such as the "Tuesday Think Tank (Klubi i te Martes)," held every third Tuesday of the month, to bring together like-minded professionals and facilitate the exchange of ideas and the formation of strategic partnerships.
2. Workshops and Conferences: Events like the "NextGen Professional Conference," scheduled for February 2025 in Toronto, which will gather 1004 professionals from the USA, Canada, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, and the Republic of North Macedonia. This conference aims to inspire and educate members with the latest industry insights and skills.
3. Career Development: Through partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and academic institutions, Albanian Youth offers internships, mentorships, and job placements to advance the careers of its members.
