About Nigel Lloyd

I'm a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist, martial artist and personal trainer.

I specialise in working with clients to help them achieve positive changes in their lives. I work with issues that affect clients’ day-to-day physical or mental well-being, including: worry, stress and anxiety; increasing and maintaining physical fitness; dealing with insomnia and sleep issues; confidence-building; shyness and social anxiety; lack of assertiveness; and procrastination/decision-making.
