Norwich Integration Partnership (NIP)

Funded by Big Lottery, the Tudor Trust, the Norwich Integration Partnership (NIP), comprising three local organisations – New Routes Integration, English Plus and The Bridge Plus+, works at grassroots level to improve integration support for individuals and families who are navigating the problematic divide between arrival in Norwich and living a fully functioning life in the community. NIP works with recently settled black and minority ethnic individuals, families and communities in Norwich to increase:- Confidence, self-esteem and wellbeing- Knowledge, information and self-reliance- Circles of acquaintance, cultural understanding and participation in the wider communityNIP is the Lord Mayor of Norwich’s Civic Charity 2017-2018.
