Oasis Human Relations has been supporting individuals, leaders and organisations to develop for nearly 40 years. Our unique Whole Person approach to learning is at the heart of all our work.

We take a humanistic approach to our work, in that relationship matters as does getting a good understanding of our relationship with change and working with the unknown.  We find these two things combined make for longer lasting development.

We run longer term programmes and shorter two day programmes as well as workshops to support better ways of working and wellbeing in the workplace.
