Off The Record Merton

Off The Record is an established charity which has been providing free, professional support to young people over the last 25 years in Croydon, Sutton, and most recently Merton.

Off the Record offers young people individual, face-to-face and online counselling across all three boroughs.

We share a vision of Bringing an end to mental health misery for children and young people in South London.

Our work has been recognized through a national award programme with the charity receiving the prestigious 2019 GSK IMPACT award for our work to improve young people’s health and wellbeing.

In Merton, young people aged 11-25 can access emotional support ranging from one-off support through our walk-in counselling sessions and outreach work through to our ongoing support through individual online counselling and face-to-face counselling.

Young people (aged 11-25 who live in Merton or are registered with a Merton GP) can refer themselves by contacting us directly on 020 3984 4004 or emailing us at merton@talkofftherecord.org.  Young people (aged 11-17) can also be referred to us through Merton CAMHS SPA (Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services, Single Point of Access) and from GPs, schools and other professionals.
