Emma Kirkby, Nicholas Clapton and David Miller explore musical connections between Britain and the Continent in the 1600s, with music by John Dowland and his son Robert, and John Coprario
Saturday 5 August: Bach Cello Suites
Alison McGillivray plays J S Bach's 1st and 6th Suites on 5 string cello

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Car: Take Junction 9 off the M5 and follow the signs to Tewkesbury Abbey.
There are numerous car parks nearby.
Rail: The nearest railway station is Ashchurch for Tewkesbury. There is a bus stop a short walk away for the 42 bus which will bring you into Tewkesbury.
Bus: As well as the bus that serves the railway station, there is also a regular service from Cheltenham (41) which stops in the Crescent, a short walk away. There is also a bus service from Gloucester (71) which stops in the town centre, again a short walk away.
Walk: If you are staying in Tewkesbury you’ll find most hotels and B&Bs are a short walk away from the Baptist Chapel, which is centrally located in Church Street.
