Every city has talented young people who want to succeed, but not everyone has the same access to confidence, guidance, networks, or opportunity. For many British Muslim youths, the challenge isn't ability, its belonging, direction, and a clear pathway into British society at every level while staying grounded in values, that's why the Omar Foundation exists.

The Omar Foundation was founded in 2012 by Rafiq Omar to develop and support the next generation of British Muslim youth, who are: proud of their British identity, grounded in core Islamic principles, equipped with the skills, confidence and networks to thrive in every aspect of British life.

We build community cohesion, education, youth empowerment, scholarships, and a lifelong alumni ecosystem, so impact doesn't stop after one programme rather there is tailored support at every step and challenge of their lives.
