Dr. Natasha Khallouf is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, somatic practitioner, and longtime educator dedicated to community-rooted healing. With over 20 years of experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine, herbalism, and yoga, she integrates ancient plant wisdom with modern physiological insight to support whole-person wellness.
Natasha’s work is grounded in the belief that healing is both personal and collective. Her approach weaves together food as medicine, ancestral knowledge, and trauma-informed body-based practices to help people reconnect to their health, vitality, and sense of belonging.
She teaches from the land she stewards in Sonoma County, offering workshops, apprenticeships, and seasonal programs that reconnect us to our bodies and the rhythms of nature.
