Company founders - Alison Butterworth and Shana Boltin

Ali is a Paediatric Occupational Therapist with 32 years of NHS experience and co-founder of OT Applied.

Ali currently works as the Service Manager for Camden MOSAIC MDT services which includes the autism diagnostic and the feeding clinic services. She has published two books, helped develop the lecture materials of the OT Applied courses and although she likes to be as eclectic as possible, she is most passionate about early years OT, parent education, coaching and service development.

Shana is a Paediatric Occupational Therapist with 20 years of experience across the NHS in the UK and Community, Schools and NDIS services in Australia. She is also co-founder of OT Applied.

Shana currently works in Melbourne, Australia in Students Support Services at the Department of Education. Previously she was team lead in a community health service and the lead OT for school-based services in Camden. She is passionate about coaching, working collaboratively with schools, service development and multi-tiered systems of support delivery models, measuring impact of services, and training and developing occupational therapists.
