Outset is an enterprise start-up support service, established in 2009 to help stimulate economic development, financial and social inclusion through the creation of sustainable jobs and businesses that transform lives and strengthen communities. Outset empowers people to take charge of their lives through restoring self-esteem and confidence to overcome barriers. It gives individuals the skills and knowledge needed to test and start their own enterprises and provides support for sustainability and growth and further job creation.
