Every day the pathology laboratories at Nottingham University Hospitals analyse thousands of samples from routine blood tests to DNA testing. Around 80% of decisions about the treatment and care of patients are made based on the work done in the pathology laboratories.  400 people work in the pathology laboratories at Nottingham University Hospitals.  The Inside Pathology Open day is an opportunity to see what happens in the biggest laboratory based at Queen's Medical Centre.
