Photoland is an online space bringing together photographers, artists, academics and researchers to encourage and facilitate discussions and debates around key issues in lens-media practices. Through public talks, debates, workshops and annual conference, we work with artists and practitioner communities focusing on contemporary and historical cultures, materialities, spaces, design; archives, photo-ethics and the politics of memory, erasure and forgetting.
