Hi!  My name is Pilar Guardia, certified and insured Holistic Personal Trainer, and I will do the best I can to  help you achieve your fitness goals and lead a healthier lifestyle. Moreover, I help you to understand how mind-body connection works by practicing a wide range of exercises, drills and techniques.  These same exercises also develop mental and physical skills such as self-motivation, emotion-management, self-discipline, concentration, balance,  endurance,  strength and flexibility.

After more than 10 years coaching in the Fitness, Martial Arts and Mindfulness  field,  I  have  learned that  fluent communication,  safety, trust  and variety must be key elements of every training session. I also learned that the first step to succeed starts   in  having a wide and  clear understanding of any internal and external factors  that could have an influence on the path towards reaching your goals.

It is also  essential  to apply  a  flexible but firm approach  so that you can  adjust  your  Fitness Program to your changeable routine,  making  it work around your lifestyle and not the other way around. 

I have  trained  myself to become a skilled listener,  developing  my six senses  so that I can get to know you, your specific needs and what motivates you  so together, we can find the best way to get ahead.
