Plymouth College of Art - Student Conference 2018

Student Conference 2018

From a 24hr Gamethon, Zine production and a debate on fake paintings, to charity workshops, drawing machines and Instagram dreams, these are a few of the free events that have been planned and organised by Second Year students across the three days of Student Conference in the Warehouse and in studios and workshops in the main College campus. The conference will bring students from across discipline areas into a common space, to share, debate and present what is most important and relevant to them under the banner heading of Production, taking the same theme as the Tate Exchange and moving it on to a unique entirely student-led event.

So with the time, the space, the theme and student enthusiasm Student Conference 2018 will be the first cross-programme conference of its kind so far at Plymouth College of Art.

Running Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (February 13-15th), most events 10am-4pm, find them in:

  • The Warehouse, 44 Regent St

  • Ceramics Workshop

  • Roundabout Pub

  • Glass Workshop

  • Illustration Studio

  • Fashion Media and Marketing Studio
