Principality Building Society is the UK's 6th largest building society, owned by and run for the benefit of its members with over 150 years expertise and over 70 outlets across Wales and its borders. Principality was the recipient of Wales’ Responsible Large Business Award for 2015 in the Business in the Community Wales Responsible Business Awards.

Cardiff and Vale College (CAVC) is one of the largest colleges in the country, with 20,000 students and 900 members of staff. The college is transforming education and training across the capital region of Wales in top class industry facilities and centres of excellence across sites in Cardiff and the Vale, in the community and in the workplace. Hokkei provides n food which brings the authentic taste of the East to the West. Hokkei's first venue, on Cryws Road, Cathays, opened in 2014 and a second venue is due to open shortly.
