Quiet Connections CIC

Quiet Connections is growing confidence through coaching and connecting people who are feeling socially anxious, shy or not good enough so they can live a happier life.

Supporting people through coaching, speaking club, workshops, peer support and social gatherings, Quiet Connections is connecting people who have similar stories so they feel understood; helping them to manage anxious feelings and appreciate their quiet strengths; and creating supportive spaces for trying new things, practising being heard and gradually stretching comfort zones amongst friends.
