Nestled in Moorabbin Entertainment Precinct, Quiet Corner Distillery is an Australian Distillery Producing Innovative Spirits from Grain to Glass, specialising in Premium Moonshines, Carolina Reaper Moonshine and Absinthe. Established in 2023, we opened our Cellar Door and Bar in July 2025.

So far we have hosted a Book Launch, a 50th B'day Party, a Xmas in July wreath making function, a Paint'n'Sip and Games Nights. With many more Pop-Up Distillery nights planned like a Halloween Party, Melbourne Cup and a Spring Racing Dress Swap, we are excited about taking bookings for Christmas functions and special celebrations this Spring and Summer!
