Who We Are
We are a group of lived experience advocates Jen Grace, Lukas Zapolnik, and Markus Bauer each of us shaped by our own journeys through mental unwellness, recovery, and resilience. We come from different walks of life, but share a common purpose: to speak truthfully, protect emotional safety, and pass on the wisdom we’ve earned through struggle.
Together, we form a trauma-informed, emotionally attuned collective that designs workshops and events where people feel seen, heard, and valued. We lead with care, clarity, and courage offering spaces that challenge stigma and foster connection.
