Relax Generations

Relax Generations is a non profit community based business in the High Peak , Derbyshire. Our mission is to provide therapuetic and mindful sessions and workshops which will focus on children and families mental and emotional health in their community. These sessions will provide fun and safe spaces to talk about feelings and anxieties and providing them with easy to use tools and resources to help them cope with lifes challenges.
